Upon purchase of the course you will receive an email confirmation and joining instructions for your booked course. This will display the following information

Meeting Time
Unless otherwise advised, please meet your instructor at the confirmed location at 09:30.
Course timings will vary depending on the course and conditions, but most practical training runs through to approximately 17:00.
Powerboat Level 2
The Powerboat Level 2 course typically runs from 09:30 to 17:00 on both days.
Please bring a passport-sized photograph with you, as this is required for your certificate.
ICC Applications
If you are applying for an International Certificate of Competence (ICC), this can usually be arranged during or after your course.
You will need:
- A passport-sized photograph
- A copy of your passport
- A copy of your driving licence
Further guidance will be provided during training.
Clothing
Conditions on the water can change quickly, so suitable clothing is essential.
Please bring:
- Layered clothing appropriate to the forecast
- Waterproof outerwear if possible
- Spare clothing in case of wet conditions
Footwear should be:
- Non-slip
- Non-marking
- Secure (no open footwear such as flip flops)
Lifejackets are provided.
Food and Drink
Lunch is not included in the course.
You may wish to:
- Bring a packed lunch, or
- Bring cash/card in case we stop ashore
Lunch arrangements can be discussed on the day depending on the course and conditions.

You should have received a medical questionnaire prior to your course.
Please return this as soon as possible. If you have any relevant medical conditions, it is important that we are made aware in advance.
