In the unlikely event of cancellation by us, you will be offered a full refund or alternative dates.
We are not liable for any additional costs you may incur as a result of changes (e.g., accommodation, travel costs).
Client Responsibilities
All participants must follow the safety instructions and guidelines provided by our instructors and skippers.
Clients must declare any relevant medical conditions at the time of booking or before boarding.
Clients under the influence of drugs or alcohol will not be permitted to participate, and no refund will be given.
Participants must treat vessels, equipment, and other guests with respect. Damage caused through negligence will be chargeable.

For RYA courses, minimum age requirements apply (typically 12 years for Powerboat Level 2 and 16 years for Intermediate/Advanced courses).
Clients must meet the necessary prerequisites for each course level, as outlined on our website or provided during booking.
Insurance
Associated Marine Training holds full public liability insurance.
We recommend that clients take out personal travel insurance that covers marine activities, including course or charter cancellations.
Safety and Weather
All activities are weather-dependent. The decision of the skipper or instructor regarding safe operation is final.
In the event of unsuitable weather conditions, we will offer alternative dates or modify the itinerary as appropriate.
Photography and Marketing
From time to time, we may take photos or videos during courses or charters for use in marketing materials. Please inform us prior to your session if you do not wish to be included.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and are non-refundable.
Vouchers must be presented at the time of booking and are subject to course availability.
COVID-19 and Health Protocols
We continue to follow recommended guidelines to ensure your health and safety.
If your booking is impacted by government restrictions, we will offer a rescheduled date or credit note.
