Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as fair and flexible as possible. Please read our cancellation policy carefully before booking.

Client Cancellations

• Cancellations made more than 30 days before the course or charter start date:
  A full refund will be issued, minus a £50 admin fee.

• Cancellations made 14 to 30 days before the start date:
  50% of the total course or charter fee will be refunded.

• Cancellations made within 14 days of the start date:
  Unfortunately, no refund will be issued.

• In exceptional circumstances, we may offer to transfer your booking to another date at our discretion.

Associated Marine Training Cancellations
If we have to cancel a course or experience due to weather, safety concerns, vessel issues, or unforeseen circumstances:

• You will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule your booking at no extra cost.

• We are not responsible for any additional expenses incurred (e.g. accommodation, travel, or insurance).

Weather Conditions
Our instructors or skippers will assess weather conditions prior to your session. If conditions are deemed unsafe, we will reschedule your experience for the earliest available date.

No-Shows
Clients who do not attend their course or charter without prior notice will forfeit the full booking fee.
